Mission Statement
The SMJ is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed medical journal whose central focus is the continuing education of primary care providers around the world. The SMJ aims to assist the practicing clinician in their day-to-day practice by providing access to quality review articles, original research, editorials, case reports and letters to the editor to improve the clinicians' diagnostic abilities, resulting in improved healthcare outcomes for their patients.
