AMELIA ISLAND PLANTATION

HOUSING RESERVATIONS

Group Room Rate: 
Oceanview Inn Rooms - $209 per room, per night, plus taxes and resort fees

Reservation Deadline: January 17, 2009
After this time, reservations will be accepted by the hotel on a space-available basis only and may not be honored at the quoted group rate. You are encouraged to book as early as possible, as room availability and/or the group rate may be sold-out prior to the reservation deadline.

Room Taxes and Resort Fees
Applicable taxes and resort fees will be applied in addition to the group room rate. At the time this brochure was printed, taxes included 7% State, and 2% occupancy. Resort fee - $10.00 (plus 7% tax) per person over 16 years of age, per room. The resort fee includes: housekeeping gratuities, transportation driver gratuities, local & toll free access, unlimited high speed internet access in applicable accommodations; on-property shuttle transportation, self parking, unlimited use of health & fitness center, 1 bucket of range balls, in-room coffee and 24/7 public safety staff. Taxes and fees are subject to change.

Deposit/Cancellation:
Each reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card amount equal to two night’s room rate and tax. Your total room deposit will be refunded to you by Amelia Island Plantation if cancellation is received no later than 7 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made after that time, deposit is forfeited. It is your responsibility to call the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.

Please note: Conferences are subject to cancellation. SMA will not refund travel costs. You are advised not to purchase airline tickets or reserve hotel rooms that cannot be refunded in the event of conference cancellation.

SMA 12th Conference Registration Refund Policy:
Conferences are subject to cancellation. SMA will not refund travel costs if the conference is cancelled. Refunds are not given for inclement weather. Registration fee refund requests must be in writing. A refund of your registration fee, minus a $50 administration processing fee, will be granted if notice is received by ten days prior to the conference date. After this time, no refunds will be granted.

ISCD BDC Cancellation/Refund/No Show/Transfer Policy: 
All requests must be in writing. Cancellations received 30 days before of the course date will be processed less a $25 fee. Those received between 29 and 7 days before the course date will be processed less a $75 fee. Transfer requests require a $25 fee. Cancellations/Transfers received within six (6) days of the course date, cannot be granted. No refund will be issued. Refunds will not be issued to no-shows.
