Auburn University’s College of Business offers a special option within its nationally recognized, AACSB accredited, MBA program: The Physicians Executive MBA (PEMBA) program. Combining distance-learning classes with short, periodic campus residencies, physicians can earn an Executive MBA degree in twenty-one months without interrupting their medical careers. The course “Medico-Legal Aspects of Healthcare” in Washington, DC, is one of six residencies required of physicians enrolled in the PEMBA program.
